Ainda, e porque a insanidade parece tomar conta de milhões de seres humanos no centro do Império, justificando assim todos os outros fundamentalismos, aqui fica um post de qualidade e de alerta!
Acts of Imaginary SkyGodsPosted in Current Events, Religious Psychosis on September 2nd, 2005
The religious psychosis found in the ‘less than human’ Christian mentalities across the US reveals its cognitive dissonance in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. It is not a benign form of psycho-neurosis, but rather a severe level of clinically insane psychosis producing twilight zoned surreal apocalyptic doomsday realities for the Christian faith-full of shit. Religious psychotic delusions come fast and furious when America’s Christian True Believers face times of external crisis with internal conflict. What is most dangerous about their religious psychosis is that it is as self-protective as a virulent virus in the mind. Those suffering the most from virulent strains of religious psychosis like Mormons, Catholics and Evangelicals realize it the least.
When confronted with vast levels of fallacious reasoning found in their faith-based belief system during times of crisis like Katrina, the Christian meme virus of the mind confounds and deepens the delusions of its carrier with written articles like “Why Does God Allow Disaster?” Or worse yet, the more vociferous Christians at “Repent America” use their cognitive dissonance as an excuse to blame a so called ‘decadent’ New Orleans gay community for being solely responsible for their fictional and highly vengeful imaginary Skygod sending Katrina to commit mass murder on 1000s, regardless of anyone’s particular sexual proclivity. This 2 millennium old Christian psychosis stemming from irrational faith-based beliefs disconnects their cerebral cortex, or ‘modern’ brain from any earthly reality leaving them with a barely functioning lower sub-cortical beast brain reacting to natural disasters as ‘Acts of God’ while somehow directly relating it to their inane self-fulfilling biblical doomsday prophecy.
Exemplifying this ‘less than human’ insane level of Christian Religious Psychosis is Agape Press, the publishing division of the American Family Association. These popular Christian Psychotics issued a press release Celebrating the Death and Despair in New Orleans that extinguished “much of the rampant sin common to the city.” The misnamed ‘agape press’ quotes a vociferous vacant headed ‘less than human’ New Orleans Pastor who says that after years of his warning, their imaginary, vengeful SkyGod, the same invisible Xtian God Bush says told him to invade Iraq mass murdering over 100,000, has finally passed judgement on the city.
“New Orleans now is abortion free. New Orleans now is Mardi Gras free. New Orleans now is free of Southern Decadence and the sodomites, the witchcraft workers, false religion — it’s free of all of those things now. God simply, I believe, in His mercy purged all of that stuff out of there — and now we’re going to start over again. … It’s time for us to stand up against wickedness so that God won’t have to deal with that wickedness. “
It is not far fetched in the least to conclude these same Christian psychotics believing natural disasters stem from an imaginary, invisible Father in the Sky are the very same clinically insane psychotic Christians making up the 40% of US Adults polled [CNN] who believe the physical world will eventually end as a result of some supernatural intervention [1]. It is also highly likely this 40% of US adults believing in a coming SkyGod inflicted Doomsday are of the very same 40% Christian category of US Adults who still give Bush a positive approval rating. [2] There is little doubt these matching 40% categories in both polls consisting of an approximate 90 million strong represent the same large group of Christian ‘true believers’ in America.
It is also a reasonable conclusion that the 1 in 5 sample of US Adults surveyed that still believe inane biblical claims of an earth-centered solar system, [3] are a full half of the same 90 million true believers still approving of Bush and believe an invisible, imaginary SkyGod will soon bring about doomsday. There is little doubt these 1 in 5 of US adults still inanely and rather insanely believing in an earth centered solar system make up 1/2 or 45 million of the 90 million Christian ‘true believers’ in America.
